I consider myself an education activist one who seeks ways to promote education and the concept of continued education. My interests are with mathematics, science, programming, physical design and history. The Bible being rich with history, I have always been intimidated by persons knowledgeable enough to quote scripture. Years ago, I accepted an opportunity to study the Bible with the Jehovah Witnesses. That was enlightening, and although not a qualified theologian, I'm no longer intimidated.

Becoming familiar with the Bible, after Sept. 11, 2001 as did many others, I began reading an English translation of the Koran. I wanted a greater understanding of Islam. This acquired knowledge and desire to simplify led me to summarize parts of this complex body of literature. It's as if the Bible and Koran both written by man, were written by those who today could be corporate lawyers. As in many contemporary legal documents, the scriptures have much verbiage burying the truly inspirational and important text.

That said, and without any doubt, I believe that these Scriptures although written by man are inspired by God. I feel that there is no way that man could be intuitive enough to document the thoughts which I summarize in this presentation. Yes, for unknown reasons man has complicated and buried God's simple message and instructions such that our lives are diverging from God's wishes. This document is my humble attempt to simplify and reaffirm God's message. I feel the answers to the basic questions of life's purpose are so simple that in searching for profound, complex answers the obvious is overlooked.
